E-BIKES MAKE IT EASY

THE SOUTHDOWNS NATIONAL PARK

Stretching from the historic market town of Winchester in Hampshire to Eastbourne in East Sussex, the SDNP covers 1600 square kilometers and encompasses the South Downs Way national trail. The national trail traces the high ridge line of the park, at 160km in length and gaining over 3500m of ascent, it is often on the bucket list for a lot of walkers and mountain bike riders.

There are numerous routes that can be tailor made to individual requirements, be it challenging climbs and descents, to taking in ancient history to sampling the delights of the local cuisine from the villages nestled along the foot of The Downs.

The underlying geology of chalk means it’s often one for the more drier months

With easy access from London, private individual or group rides can be arranged, starting and finishing at e-bike rental locations.

With Brighton as our base, we can collect up to 3 people from the mainline station and drop back at the end of the day. Fast trains from London Victoria take just under an hour.

Alternatively why not make a weekend of it and head out along the seafront for a stroll or to the pier for Fish and Chips….Mushy peas optional.
